1. Eligibility for Replacement
- You must lodge a complaint within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Replacements are only applicable if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item.
- To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
2. Delivery Charges (DC)
- If the issue is from our end (wrong product shipped or damaged item received), Grandbazar.pk will bear all delivery charges for the replacement.
3. Refund Procedure
- If a replacement is not possible or a refund is approved, the amount will be credited directly back to the customer's preferred account (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash).
4. How to Claim:
